RETURNS & EXCHANGES AT DOGEVER

We want you and your pup to love what you receive. If something's not right, 
we're here to make it right.

IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR WRONG

This is on us, and we'll fix it fast.

Within 30 days of delivery, email us at support@dogever.com with:
  1. Your order number
  2. Photos showing the issue
  3. A quick description

We'll respond within 24 hours (business days) and either:
  → Send a free replacement, OR
  → Issue a full refund to your original payment method

You won't need to ship anything back in most cases.

IF YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND
═══════════════════════════════════════

Non-personalized items: Return within 30 days for a full refund. Items must 
be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is covered by the 
customer unless the item was defective.

Personalized items: Because each piece is custom-made for your pet, we can't 
resell them. We're unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse on 
personalized items — please review your customization carefully before 
ordering. If you spot a typo or error you made, contact us within 12 hours 
of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before production.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We can cancel any order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund — 
before your item enters production. After 12 hours, personalization work 
begins and we can no longer cancel.

Need to cancel? Email support@dogever.com with "CANCEL [order #]" in the 
subject line.

REFUND TIMING

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days. Your bank or 
card issuer may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit.
