Every DogEver piece is made-to-order. After you place your order, our team 
needs 1-3 business days to personalize, quality-check, and pack your item.

Peak seasons (November-December, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) may add 
1-2 business days.

  Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days — $7.86 (Free over $99)
  Express Shipping:  3-5 business days — $14.95

CANADA
  Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days — $9.95

INTERNATIONAL
  Standard Shipping: 14-21 business days — calculated at checkout

Total time from order to doorstep:
  US Standard: ~10-17 business days
  US Express:  ~7-11 business days

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Orders not showing tracking movement after 10 business days? Email us — 
we'll investigate on your behalf.

LOST OR STUCK PACKAGES

If your tracking shows no updates for 10+ business days after shipping, 
contact us at support@dogever.com. We'll either:
  → Open a carrier investigation, or
  → Ship a replacement at no cost to you (after 21 days with no resolution)

This is our responsibility, not yours. No insurance purchase required.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your package arrives damaged, send us photos within 7 days of delivery. 
We'll replace it at no cost — no need to return the damaged item.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Placed your order with the wrong address? Email us within 12 hours of 
ordering and we'll update it before your item enters production. After that 
window, we can't modify addresses.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes 
determined by your country. These fees are the customer's responsibility 
and are not included in our shipping charges.
