Welcome to DogEver. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your
use of dogever.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make from us.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. WHO CAN USE DOGEVER

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your
jurisdiction, to purchase from DogEver. By placing an order, you
confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that
you have the legal right to make the purchase.
2. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to
limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify pricing at any
time without prior notice.
Product images are representative. Due to the handmade and
personalized nature of many of our items, slight variations in
color, finish, and detail are part of what makes each piece unique.
Prices are displayed in US Dollars unless otherwise noted. Applicable
taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.
3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We
reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason,
including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or
inventory issues.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal,
Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not store your full
payment card details.

4. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS

• 30-day window from delivery for non-personalized items
• Free replacement for defects, damages, or our errors
• Order cancellations available within 12 hours of purchase
5. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Many DogEver products are personalized with names, photos, or custom
details. Please review your customization carefully at checkout —
we produce exactly what you submit.
If you notice an error in your customization, contact
support@dogever.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll
do our best to correct it before production begins.
Errors made by us (misspelling, wrong photo applied, manufacturing
defects) are fully our responsibility — we'll replace the item at
no cost to you.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site — including designs, graphics, photographs,
text, logos, and the DogEver name — is the property of DogEver or
our licensors and is protected by US and international copyright
and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative
works from any DogEver content without our prior written permission.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
7. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

When you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content to
DogEver (on the Site or via tagged social media posts), you grant
us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display,
modify, and share that content in our marketing materials, on our
Site, and across our social channels, with attribution where
reasonably possible.
You represent that any content you submit is your original work
(or you have the right to share it), and that it doesn't violate
any third-party rights.
8. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site without permission
• Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DogEver's total liability

products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in
question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under
applicable law.
10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and hold DogEver harmless from any claims,
damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms,
your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of another party's
rights.
11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our Site may include links to third-party websites (shipping
carriers, payment processors, social platforms). We don't control
those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
12. MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll
update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Significant changes will
be announced via email to customers with active orders or accounts.
Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the
updated Terms.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA,
without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will
be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Delaware under
the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The
arbitrator's decision is final.
Before initiating arbitration, both parties agree to attempt to
resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other party. Most
issues can be resolved quickly at support@dogever.com.
You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or
class-wide arbitration.
14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining
provisions remain in full effect.
15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and
Return & Exchange Policy, constitute the entire agreement between
you and DogEver regarding your use of the Site.
